With over 60,000 square feet of convention space, the Palms offers creative options for groups needing meeting space by making each of its restaurants available for partial or complete buyout. With this option, for example, groups can meet in the French gourmet restaurant, Alizé, at the top of the Palms’ tower and enjoy breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Strip.  Also available for special bookings are the Fantasy Suites, which dramatically transform to create the ultimate entertainment and party venues.

Representing a bold new era for the great American steakhouse, the sizzle of N9NE is hardly confined to the kitchen’s 1,200-degree ovens. With its dazzling modern design, a menu diverse enough to include both sirloin and sashimi, and the world’s coolest crowd of carnivores, N9NE Steakhouse generates a scene that redefines this beloved American dining institution.

Nove Italiano
Classic Italian fare with contemporary accents, including an extensive selection of seafood crudos (Italy’s answer to sashimi or ceviche, cured with sea salt, citrus or infused oils), freshly-made pastas, tableside Caesar salad, bistecca fiorentina, fresh fish and shellfish. Spaghetti Nove, a seafood pasta and a house specialty, is prepared at a prominent station in the dining room.

Bistro Buffet
The Bistro Buffet is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. To emphasize freshness and quality, the action of the kitchen is left exposed for guests to watch as Bistro chefs prepare sumptuous selections from around the world using seasonal ingredients.
